How to Place an Order
Ordering from Agata's Magic Shop is meant to be simple — nothing should stand between you and the right artifact. Here's how it works.
Step by step:
- Browse and choose: Walk through our shop and trust your gut. If something catches your eye or just feels right, that's usually the point. Each item comes with a full description and guidance on use.
- Add to cart: Click "Add to Cart" and keep browsing, or head straight to checkout.
- Fill in your details: Review your order, enter your shipping address. If you're ordering a personalised artifact, use the Comments field to include the name and date of birth of the person it's intended for.
- Pay: Choose your preferred payment method. All transactions go through a secure gateway — your data is protected.
- Confirmation: You'll get an email with your order details and a tracking number once it ships.
A few things worth knowing:
We accept orders around the clock. Processing happens between 10 AM and 10 PM Barcelona time — if you order overnight, we'll be in touch the next morning.
Every order is assembled by hand with care for energetic cleanliness. We don't use plastic in our packaging: kraft paper, linen, and wood only.
