Public Offer Agreement
This agreement is the official public offer of Agata's Magic Shop.
1. General Terms
By placing an order on this website, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Agata's Magic Shop ("the Seller") under the terms set out in this document. Using the site means you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Seller provides goods (physical artifacts, magical tools, consumables) and digital products (online courses, readings, guides) as listed in the Shop catalogue at the time of order.
3. Order and Payment
An order is considered placed once you complete checkout and receive a confirmation email. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders after 24 hours.
4. Delivery
Physical goods are shipped from Barcelona. Delivery terms, methods and timelines are outlined on the Payment & Delivery page. Risk passes to the buyer at the moment of handover to the carrier.
5. Returns
Return conditions are set out on the Returns & Exchanges page. Activated or personalised items are non-refundable as described there.
6. Governing Law
