Returns & Exchanges
Choosing a magical tool is a personal thing, and we understand that. The nature of our products means some items can be returned, while others cannot.
What can be returned:
Mass-produced items — candle holders, factory-sealed Tarot decks, books — can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item hasn't been used.
- Original packaging and condition are intact.
- You have proof of purchase.
What cannot be returned:
- Activated artifacts: Items charged for a specific person (amulets, talismans, programmed candles). The energetic bond is created during the ritual and cannot be broken without consequences.
- Consumables: Herbs, oils, salts, incense — once the packaging is opened.
- Custom orders: Items made to your personal specifications.
Received a damaged item?
If your order arrives damaged — a cracked crystal, a broken candle — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send a photo to our email address and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund straight away.
